Passenger railway traffic rules of Joint Stock Company “Russian Railways” (penalties for return of transport documents)

Ticket return:
Commissions are non-refundable.

Domestic travels:

for group up to 10 persons

  • more than 24 hours prior to train departure – full rate is refunded (ticket price and reserved seat);
  • less than 8 hours but more than 2 hours prior to train departure – ticket price and 50% of reserved seat shall be refunded (Russia);
  • less than 2 hours prior to train departure but not more than 12 hours after train departure – ticket price shall be refunded (only at the departure platform).

International travels:

non refundable for individual travel tours:

  • total cost of reserved seat, if documents are returned later than 6 hours before train departure;

non refundable for group travel tours (6 persons and more):

  • total cost of reserved seat, if documents are returned 5 days or later before train departure.

 

Penalty sanctions of Civil Aviation/CA Transport Clearing House of Transport Ministry of Russian Federation/RF caused by infringement of reservation and drawing up of air transport regulations within CIS
  • Issue of ticket without passport data - PROHIBITED.
  • Return of places to system less than two days, but not less than 3 hours to a flight start – 10 % from tariff.
  • Return of places to system less than 3 hours before departure – 25 % from tariff.
  • "Seats-freeze" – full tariff.

Note:
There are carries that implement another penalties. Please ask your supervisor.

Order submission terms

"Olympia" confirms customer orders within 24 hours upon receiving an order and performs them completely in the time agreed with client.

"Olympia" carries out prompt orders of customer only after written agreement and in the presence of opportunity.

 

When ordering car and bus transportation

  • Twenty-four hours in advance;
  • Order placed less than 24 hours, but 5 hours and more before servicing, is considered to be prompt;
  • We can not process your order if it is placed less than 5 hours before due time.

Penalty sanctions regarding car service ordering

Moneys are not refunded to Customer and the order is considered as filled in the following cases:

  • customer did not show up at the specified time and place during 1 hour;
  • customer canceled car service order less than 5 hours before due time.

Note:
Transfer is direct, non-stop transportation on the following routes: city (specified address) – airport, airport – city (specified address), airport – airport.

 

When hotel reservation

  • For a group – 1 month before arrival;
  • For an individual – 7 days before arrival.

Booking request received after deadline mentioned above is considered to be urgent.

Cancellations and modifications of booking requests are accepted without penalty charges when made: for groups — not later than 7 days prior arrival, for FITs — not later than 2 days prior arrival.

Penalty sanctions while hotel reservation

  • Customer reimburses «Olympia» price for one day accommodation of group or FIT when cancellations and modifications in group size and date of arrival are made less than in seven days for groups and in 2 days for FITs.
  • Customer reimburses «Olympia» the price for 24 hours of all confirmed services for group or FIT when cancellations and modifications in group size and date of arrival are made less than in 24 hours or when the clients fail to arrive.

 

When ordering meeting/seeing off

  • Orders for meeting/seeing off to be made in written form and provided in 24 hours prior to the requested time of servicing;
  • Notification about cancellation or changing time in orders is accepted not later than in 12 hours;
  • In case of late notification about changing time in order for earlier that was requested and confirmed before, "Olympia" does not guarantee the order implementation;
  • When notification about cancellation of order is made less than in 12 hours the order considered as filled and money from the advanced card is remitted.
